朱 鑫,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。湖南省水产学会理事,主要从事水生动物肉品质性状形成规律及其分子调控机制研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项,省部级科研项目4项,以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利4项,获湖南省自然科学二等奖1项。曾获湖南省普通高校“青年教工党员示范岗”、长沙学院“优秀共产党员”、长沙学院“优秀青年科技工作者”等荣誉称号。
