【基本情况】：

        获长沙市“绿地青年教师”奖。主讲课程《营养学》、《生态学》、《营养制品工艺学》等。以第一作者发表教改论文2篇，指导学生参加全国大学生生命科学竞赛获三等奖2项。

    主要从事鱼类肠道小肽转运与肌肉品质调控机制方面的研究。现担任经济动植物品质调控及绿色应用湖南省高校重点实验室秘书。主持有国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金和湖南省教育厅创新平台项目等各项科研课题7项，在国内外权威刊物发表论文论文20余篇，SCI论文19篇，授权专利4项，参编专著1部。是《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》、《Frontiers in Physiology》和《水生生物学报》等中外期刊审稿专家。
